Pixelmix Website and Mobile App Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 13, 2026
1. Introduction
Pixelmix includes the public Pixelmix website at pixelmix.io and the Pixelmix mobile app. The services let you browse the public Pixelmix regenerative NFT art collection, mint and view Pixelmixes, use the Lab palette tool, view Spectrums events, receive optional holder alerts, and play PixelDrop.
This policy explains what information the Pixelmix website, mobile app, and public Pixelmix services use when you choose features such as wallet connection, minting, holder views, push notifications, image saving, camera/photo palette sampling, and signed PixelDrop score submission.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Wallet Information
Wallet connection is optional. When you connect a wallet, Pixelmix may use:
- Your public wallet address
- Public ENS, delegate.xyz, warm.xyz, and Pixelmix holder information associated with that address
- Held or delegated Pixelmix token IDs used to show holder tools, target holder alerts, and verify holder-specific app features
- Readable wallet signatures for explicit actions such as PixelDrop score submission or holder format preferences
Pixelmix never receives, requests, or stores private keys or seed phrases. PixelDrop score signing does not send a blockchain transaction or gas request.
2.2 PixelDrop Scores
If you submit a PixelDrop leaderboard score, the Pixelmix server stores leaderboard and anti-abuse information, including:
- Initials, score, wallet address, Pixelmix token, selected day, and timestamp
- The readable score message, wallet signature, App Attest status, and gameplay statistics such as pieces dropped and lines cleared
- A limited server log context used for security, rate limiting, debugging, and anti-cheat review
2.3 Push Notifications
If you enable notifications, Pixelmix may store an app installation ID, Apple or Expo push token, notification category preferences, app version/build, platform, and device name string. If you connect a wallet, holder alerts may also use your connected wallet address, linked or delegated wallets, and Pixelmix token IDs to route notifications.
We use this information only to deliver and manage Pixelmix notifications, target holder/token alerts, maintain delivery records, and protect the service from abuse. You can disable notifications in the app settings.
2.4 Photos, Camera, and Local Data
- Photo library access is requested only when you choose to save Pixelmix artwork or pick an image for palette sampling.
- Camera access is requested only when you choose to take a new source photo for Lab or PixelDrop palette sampling.
- Lab image sampling runs locally in the app. Pixelmix does not upload your selected Lab source image for normal palette generation.
- Favorites, settings, and media cache choices are stored locally on your device.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Show Pixelmix artwork, holder details, delegated holdings, and metadata
- Save and share artwork when you request it
- Verify signed PixelDrop scores and protect the leaderboard from abuse
- Apply holder-selected Pixelmix format preferences when a holder explicitly signs that action
- Deliver optional push notifications for daily generation, holder, leaderboard, and token-specific alerts
- Debug, secure, and maintain the Pixelmix app and public API services
4. Data Storage and Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:
- Network traffic uses HTTPS/TLS
- Score submissions are protected with Apple App Attest and wallet signature verification
- Access to server-side score and operational data is restricted to project maintainers
- Invalid or expired push tokens may be disabled when the provider reports that they can no longer receive notifications
- Local app cache and favorites can be cleared from app settings or by removing the app
5. Third-Party Services
Pixelmix may use the following services to provide app functionality:
- Reown / WalletConnect for wallet connection
- delegate.xyz and warm.xyz public delegation lookups
- Public Ethereum RPC providers for blockchain read calls
- IPFS gateways and Pixelmix web infrastructure for public artwork media
- Apple App Attest for PixelDrop score integrity
- Apple Push Notification service, Expo push notification services, or similar platform services for optional mobile notifications
These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Disconnect your wallet from the app or wallet provider
- Turn off push notifications or adjust notification preferences in the mobile app or device settings
- Clear local media cache, settings, and favorites from the app
- Request review or removal of server-stored PixelDrop score submissions associated with your wallet address
- Stop using camera, photo, wallet, push notification, or score submission features at any time
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
